By accessing and using the ZPayNG Digital Services Limited platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ZPayNG Digital Services Limited for the use of our technology platform and services provided through our licensed financial institution partners.

2. Use of Service

  • You agree not to misuse or attempt to hack the platform.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian supervision to use the service.
  • All transactions must be initiated by you and you take full responsibility for entered details.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and account setup.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our services.

3. User Accounts

  • Users must register with accurate information.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
  • We may disable accounts engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity.
  • Account verification may be required for certain services and transaction limits.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Payment and Billing

All payments on ZPayNG are processed securely via our Licensed Financial Institution partners. You agree to allow ZPayNG to facilitate payments on your behalf through our technology platform using the selected payment method. Transaction fees and charges will be clearly disclosed before transaction completion. ZPayNG does not hold user funds directly - all funds are held by our licensed financial institution partners.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform (logos, texts, graphics, software) is the property of D-N Developers Technologies Company Ltd and may not be reused without written consent. Users retain ownership of their personal data but grant us necessary licenses to provide our services.

6. Limitation of Liability

ZPayNG is not liable for delays, errors, or failures in service delivery caused by our Licensed Financial Institution partners, third-party service providers, or force majeure events. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

  • Money laundering, terrorism financing, or other illegal financial activities
  • Fraudulent transactions or identity theft
  • Violation of any applicable laws or regulations
  • Unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems
  • Distribution of malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward other users or our staff
  • Use of our services for gambling, adult content, or other restricted activities

9. Service Availability and Modifications

ZPayNG operates in compliance with applicable CBN regulations and in partnership with CBN-licensed financial institutions. Users must comply with all applicable regulations, including anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing requirements as facilitated through our licensed partners.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our platform and users will be notified through appropriate channels. Continued use of our services constitutes agreement to the revised terms.

14. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. We may terminate or suspend accounts immediately for violations of these terms, illegal activities, or regulatory requirements. Upon termination, outstanding obligations remain in effect.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
